Lord, please help me not to be like Ephraim whom You taught to walk, taking them by the arms; but they did not realize it was You who healed them. Please help me to realize without a doubt that You are the One who heals me.
Like Ephraim, You have led me with cords of human kindness, with ties of love; You lifted the yoke from my neck and bent down to feed me (Hos. 11:3-4). Help me to acknowledge You daily and never forget who teaches me how to walk.
I acknowledge that it is by grace I have been saved, through faith—and this not from myself; it is the gift of God (Eph. 2:8).
Show me your ways this day, Father, that I may reflect your presence and glory.
